style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Master’s degree in Nursing(NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program.</span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience: </span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Minimumof 2 years as an NP or PA, preferably in oncology, internal medicine, or arelated specialty.<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">For NPs: Licensed in Vermontand board-certified (ANCC or equivalent).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">For PAs: Licensed in Vermontand certified by the NCCPA.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Unit-specific certifications(ACLS, etc.) and completion of de-escalation/restraint training as applicable.</span></li></ul></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b><span
