This is anexcellent opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care with access to afull range of medical specialties and strong administrative support.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Opportunities areavailable in multiple locations across the area.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Responsibilities<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Evaluate, diagnose, and manage diseases and injuries of the internal organ systems.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Establish and promote preventive health practices for hospitalized patients.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Collaborate with consultants from multiple specialties to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical record.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support hospital operational goals.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Qualifications<o:p></o:p></span></b></p><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Eligibility to obtain and maintain a West Virginia medical license.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.<o:p></o:p></span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul> |
