We are a premier,well-established Urgent Care network with five locations north of Boston,dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care toour communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director tojoin our leadership team. This full-time role includes both clinical practiceand administrative oversight to support quality care delivery, providerdevelopment, and operational excellence. Position Overview:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Schedule: 5 days/week</li><li>3 days clinical (directpatient care)</li><li>2 days administrative(leadership, quality, governance, operations)</li><li>Compensation: $240,000+annually, commensurate with experience</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, CME, and more</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Provide clinical leadershipacross all urgent care locations</li><li>Deliver high-quality patientcare in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Oversee clinical protocols,policies, and quality assurance programs</li><li>Collaborate with executiveleadership on operational strategy and workflow improvement</li><li>Serve as a mentor andresource to providers, ensuring clinical excellence and teamwork</li><li>Participate in hiring,onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing provider education</li><li>Ensure compliance with stateand federal regulatory standards and best practices</li><li>Maintain a positive,patient-focused culture aligned with organizational values</li></ul>Requirements:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school</li><li>Board Certified in EmergencyMedicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care specialty</li><li>Active Massachusetts MedicalLicense (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of UrgentCare or Emergency Medicine experience</li><li>Prior leadership ormanagement experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication,interpersonal, and team-building skills</li><li>Commitment to high-quality,evidence-based care and operational efficiency</li></ul>
