We are seeking anexperienced and licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with currentPSYPACT authorization required to join our innovative, digital-first primarycare organization on a part-time locum tenens basis. This fully remote positionoffers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioralhealth services across multiple states within a collaborative,technology-enabled care model focused on improving patient outcomes andexpanding access to behavioral health care. Schedule & Commitment:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Part-time: 16 hours perweek, with the potential to increase to 24 hours per week based on availabilityand state licensure coverage</li><li>Conduct 30–45 minutepsychotherapy sessions within a consistent patient panel</li><li>Flexible scheduling withstructured, recurring clinical care blocks</li><li>Fully remote workenvironment</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>$65.00 per hour</li><li>Malpractice insuranceprovided, including tail coverage</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Doctoral degree inPsychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program</li><li>Active, unrestrictedClinical Psychologist license in Massachusetts</li><li>Current PSYPACTauthorization (E.Passport and Authority to Practice InterjurisdictionalTelepsychology) required</li><li>Minimum of 5 years ofexperience providing teletherapy services via video, phone, and/or digital</li><li>platforms</li><li>Demonstrated expertise inevidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT</li><li>Experience treating anxiety,depression, trauma, grief, and related behavioral health conditions</li><li>Strong clinical assessmentskills and experience managing higher-acuity patients, including riskassessment and safety planning</li><li>Proficiency utilizingtechnology, digital health tools, and data-informed clinical practices</li><li>Additional activepsychologist licenses in Oregon, California, Maryland, Texas, and/or Tennessee</li><li>Professional fluency inSpanish (speaking, reading, and writing)</li><li>Experience providingculturally responsive care to diverse and Spanish-speaking patient populations</li></ul>
