Collaborate with the trauma surgery team to develop and implementindividualized treatment plans.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Surgical Assistance: </b>Assist invarious aspects of trauma surgeries, including pre-operative preparations,intraoperative support, and post-operative care.<b> </b>Manage perioperativecare and contribute to patient recovery.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Emergency Response: </b>Be anintegral part of the trauma response team, participating in the assessment andmanagement of critically ill and injured patients.<b> </b>Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of trauma protocols.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Collaboration: </b>Work closelywith trauma surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensurecoordinated and effective patient care.<b> </b>Participate in multidisciplinaryrounds and case conferences.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><b>Patient Education: </b>Provideeducation to trauma patients and their families regarding their injuries,treatment plans, and post-discharge care.</p> |
