style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Completion of an accreditedEmergency Medicine residency.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Current or eligible NewJersey medical license.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">15+ years of EmergencyDepartment Director and academic Emergency Medicine experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Demonstrated leadershipexperience overseeing complex emergency medicine operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Experience with residencyand fellowship education preferred.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Strong administrative,interpersonal, communication, and strategic leadership skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Must be available to beginas soon as hospital credentialing and privileges are completed, anticipated totake approximately
